摘要
随着机床向高速化、高精度和高效率方向发展,其动态特性成为影响机床加工精度的主要因素。以M7130磨床床身为研究对象,建立原床身的有限元模型并进行模态分析,针对计算出的床身结构薄弱环节进行改进,提高了床身的固有频率。在不改变床身基本尺寸的同时进行优化设计,提高了其动态特性,为磨床高速化改造提供了重要依据。
With the development trend for high speed, high precision and high efficiency, the dynamic performance of the machine tool has been a key index of its behavior. Find out the bed' s weakness through modal analysis on the prototype and then modify the structure of the bed in order to increase the natural frequency of the bed. Results show that basic size of the bed is not changed while the dynamic characteristic is increased, optimization results provide an important basis for the transformation of high speed.
