社区民间社团在丰富居民精神文化生活,构建学习型和谐社会等方面发挥了积极的作用。但其在发展过程中也存在诸多问题,已成为社会各界关注的焦点。文章以上海市宝山区创建学习型团队的过程为例,分析了社区民间社团在创建学习型组织过程中存在的主要问题,总结了上海市宝山区在引领社区民间社团创建学习型团队过程中的具体措施、初步成效和经验。

But in the process of development, it also has many problems and has become the focus of many social groups.
