美国高校教师养老金制度被引量：2

摘要美国的养老金体系由三个支柱构成：联邦政府提供的强制性社会保障（SocialSecurity）计划：政府和雇主养老金计划；个人储蓄计划。本文在对美国养老金体系总体框架予以介绍的基础上，重点关注高校教师的养老金制度。
