摘要
采用3-氨基喹啉(3-AQ)为基质,利用基质辅助激光解吸电离-飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)对合成的一种广泛应用于生物材料、抗菌等领域的聚合物生物碱进行了测定。结果表明:3-AQ能高效解吸/电离此种类型高分子聚合物,获得了合成目标物的分子量分布、重复结构单元及末端基结构等信息,为目标物的合成反应条件的优化和反应机理的推导提供确凿依据。3-AQ可成为MALDI-TOF-MS分析聚合物基质的新选择。
Polymer A is an alkaloid widely applied in biological and antibacterial materials fields. In this study, 3- aminoquinoline is used as the matrix for polymer A analyses, through the matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). The results show that 3-aminoquinoline can effectively desorb this type of polymers, and we can acquire the information about the molecular weight distribution,repeating structural unit and end group structure. This information provides the solid evidence for the synthetic optimization of reaction conditions and the understanding of reaction mechanism. 3-Aminoquinoline would potentially be used as a novel alternative matrix for the polymer analysis.
