摘要 采用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)在玻碳电极(GCE)上对盐酸齐拉西酮进行了电化学研究,实验发现盐酸齐拉西酮在pH=3.0的B—R缓冲底液中于0.735V(VS.SCE)左右产生一个明显的氧化峰。该方法盐酸齐拉西酮在1.0×10~2.5×10。mol/L范围内与峰电流呈线性关系,检出限为2.0×10mol/L。实验考察了PH值、扫速、干扰因素、静止时间的影响。该方法操作简单、灵敏,可用于实际药品测定。对电极反应机理进行了初步探讨。 Cyclic voltammetry(CV) and differential-pulse stripping voltammetry(DPV) were used to investigate the electrochemical behavior of ziprasidone hydrochloride at a glassy carbon electrode, and a method for detection of ziprasidone hydrochloride was established. The ziprasidone hydrochloride showed a sensitive oxidative peak at 0. 735V(vs. SCE) using cyclic voltammetry in a B-R solution of pH = 3.0. The effects of buffer solution, pH, accumulation time and scan rate were discussed. The peak current was linear to the concentration of maquinox ranging from 1. 0 X 10 s mol/L to 2. 5 X 10-3 mol/L with a detection limit of 2.0X 10-7 mol/L by DPV. The determination of ziprasidone hydrochloride in drugs has been performed. This method is simple and sensitive and could be used to detect real drug samples.
