摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱一串联质谱(UPLC—MS/MS)测定烟草中特有亚硝胺(TSNAs)的分析方法。用剑桥滤片捕集卷烟主流烟气总粒相物,乙酸铵提取总粒相物,在C18柱上以甲醇-0.1%乙酸溶液和0.1%乙酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.4mL/min,4种烟草特有亚硝胺化合物在1min内得到良好分离,采用电喷雾正离子多反应监测模式(MRM)扫描定性,内标法定量。方法线性范围为0.5~200ng/mL,定量限(S/N-10)为0.009~0.053ng/cig。该方法用于检测卷烟中主流烟气中特有亚硝胺,操作简单快捷,重现性好,回收率在91.1%~106.2%之间。
A new method has been developed for the determination of tobacco-specific nitrosamines (TSNAs) in mainstream cigarette smoke using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Total particulate matters in mainstream smoke were trapped by Cambridge filter pad and extracted by ammonium acetate. On a C18 column, four tobacco-specific nitrosamines was separated within 1 min with gradient elution using water and methanol containing 0.1~ acetic acid as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 4 mL/min. Analyzed by positive electrospray ionization (ESI+), the linear ranges were 0.5-200 ng/mL and the quantitation limits were 0. 009-0. 053 ng/cig(S/N=10). The proposed method has been applied to the determination of TSNAs in mainstream cigarette smoke in cigarettes with recoveries of 91.1%-106.2%.
