摘要
本文报道了色氨酸在两种乳状液膜体系中的迁移行为。采用失水山梨醇单油酸酯(Span80)为表面活性剂,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)或对氨基苯磺酸(APS)为载体,煤油为膜溶剂,液体石蜡为膜增强剂。探讨了乳液与外相溶液混合时间、表面活性剂和膜增强剂浓度、乳水比和油内比对分离效果的影响。结果表明:最佳条件下,APS-Span80体系中色氨的迁移率大于30%,而TBP-Span80体系优于APS-Span80体系,其色氨酸迁移率可达50%以上。
In this paper, the transfer behavior of tryptophan through the emulsion liquid membrane system was studied. In the system, sorbitan monooleate(spanS0) was used as a surfactant, tributyl phosphate(TBP) or amino phenyl sulfonic acid(APS) as a carrier,kerosene as a membrane solvent, and paraffin as a membrane reinforcer. The effect of the mixing time of emulsion and water,the concentration of surfactant and reinforcer,and the ratios of milk to water and oil phase to internal phase on the transfer rate of tryptophan have been discussed. The results showed an increase in extration ratio from 35 ~ in APS-span80 system to 50% in TBP-span80 system.
