摘要
采用荧光光谱研究了不同酸度和温度下,吡罗昔康(PX)与磺化杯芳烃[8](SCX8)的包合作用,结果表明在酸性和中性条件下,吡罗昔康与磺化杯芳烃[8]均形成了1∶1的包合物。以包合形成常数为包合物稳定性的量度,中性>酸性,碱性条件下包合物不能形成。随着温度的增加杯芳烃的包合能力呈下降的趋势。
The inclusion interaction of piroxicam(PX) with sulfocalixarene[8] (SCX8) was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy at different pH and temperature. The results showed that inclusion was formed and the inclusion stoichiometry beween PX and SCX8 was 1 ~ 1. Based on the formation constant, the inclusion capacity showed neutral condition was better than acidic condition. The inclusion was not formed in basic condition. The inclusion capacity dropped as the increase of temperature.
