PF/高硅氧布/HGB复合材料力学性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用高强中空玻璃微珠(HGB)改性钡酚醛树脂(PF)/高硅氧布复合材料,采用预浸料模压工艺制备了PF/高硅氧布/HGB复合材料层压板。研究了HGB含量对PF反应活性以及对PF/高硅氧布复合材料力学性能、线膨胀系数的影响。结果表明,HGB的加入使体系活性降低;随着HGB含量增加,复合材料的力学性能先提高再降低,当HGB质量分数为5%时,PF/高硅氧布/HGB复合材料的综合力学性能最好,拉伸强度为81.6 MPa,压缩强度为110.5 MPa,弯曲强度为141 MPa,剪切强度为16.6 MPa,比PF/高硅氧布体系分别提高了12.86%,16.07%,21.50%和7.80%;加入适量的HGB可提高体系的尺寸稳定性。复合材料断口形貌电镜分析表明,加入HGB会阻挡断裂裂纹继续扩展,使裂纹方向发生偏移,从而使复合材料力学性能提高。 High-strength hollow glass beads(HGB) was used to modify phenol formaldehyde resin(PF)/high silica cloth composite,and PF/high silica cloth/HGB composite laminates were prepared through molding process.The effects of HGB content on the reaction activity of PF,expansion coefficient and mechanical properties of PF/high silica cloth composite were studied.The results show that the reaction activity of PF is decreased by adding HGB.With the increase of HGB content,mechanical properties of composite increase first and then decrease.When the content of HGB is 5%,the composite has best comprehensive mechanical properties.The tensile strength is 81.6 MPa ,compressive strength is 110.5 MPa,flexural strength is 141 MPa,and shear strength is 16.6 MPa,which increase by 12.86%,16.07%,21.50%and 7.80%respectively than those of PF/high silica cloth system.Certain content of HGB can increase the dimensional stability of composite.Fracture morphology SEM photograph show that HGB can stop the cracks expansion,change the crack direction,as a result the mechanical properties are improved.
