摘要
以顺酐、水、多元醇和多元酸为主要原料,采用水解加成法制备出双环戊二烯(DCPD)改性不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)和通用型UPR。对合成条件进行优化,设计出合理的DCPD/顺酐配比,并通过差示扫描量热分析仪和红外光谱仪等对DCPD改性UPR进行结构分析和验证。综合性能测试结果表明,DCPD改性UPR比通用UPR在黏度、弯曲强度及气干性能等方面有很大提高。
Unsaturated polyester resin(UPR) modified by dicyclopentadiene(DCPD) and general type UPR were prepared by hydrolysis addition method using maleic anhydride, water, polyol and polybasic acid as main raw material The synthesis conditions were optimized by designing a reasonable ratio of DCPD to maleic anhydride. Structive and properties of the new materials were analyzed and verified by differential scanning calorimetry analyzer and infrared spectrum instrument. Comprehensive performance testing indicates that DCPD modified UPR has a great increase in viscosity, flexural strength and air drying performance.
