摘要
对国外智能型形状记忆合金(SMA)板和塑料光纤(POF)传感器的设计过程进行了详细介绍,并用POF传感器对SMA蒙皮及碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料组成的金属纤维层压板(FML)的变形特性进行了测试。即通过一台光检测器监测POF传感器的输出,光检测器则连接到控制单元上。这种闭环式布置使操作者能够引入规定的梁设定点偏移值。控制单元一接通,即可得到智能型FML所需的偏移值,随后关闭,用POF硅加热器提供反馈信号,即可观察出SMA板的变形特性。
The design processes of intelligent shape memory alloy(SMA) plate and plastic optical fiber(POF) sensor were introduced. The morphing characteristics of fiber metal laminate (FML) made up of SMA skin and carbon fiber reinforced epoxy composite were tested via POF sensor. The output from the POF sensor was monitored using a photodetector which in turn was connected to a control unit.This closed-loop arrangement enabled the operator to introduce the prescribed set-point deflection values of the beam.The desired deflections of the smart FML were achieved by the control unit switching on,and subsequently switching off,the silicon heater used the POF to provide the feedback signal.
