摘要
利用磷石膏为主要胶凝材料,以膨胀玻化微珠为轻骨料,经可再分散乳胶粉、纤维素醚和聚丙烯纤维等改性,配制无机保温砂浆。通过各影响因素对磷石膏基保温砂浆性能影响的研究与分析,配制出磷石膏基保温砂浆。以期能为磷石膏的有效利用提供一种有效途径。
Inorganic thermal insulation mortar was prepared with phosphorus gypsum as the main cementing material,expanded and vitrified beads as light aggregate, and modified by redispersible powder, cellulose ether and polypropylene fibers. After studying and analyzing the effect of various influencing factors on the properties of thermal insulation mortar, phosphorous gypsum-based thermal insulation mortar was obtained. It provides a method of comprehensive utilization of phosphorus gypsum.
