从目录学的致用性看当代目录学的发展

The Study of Contemporary Bibliography from the Perspective of Practicality

当代目录学的发展面临着古典目录学"辨章学术,考镜源流"思想在当代如何发展,目录学理论与实践如何齐头并进,相得益彰的问题。中国目录学研究至今没有形成具有特色的、符合时代发展的当代目录学理论体系。该文首先对目录概念的古今和东西方差异进行了分析,接着从目录学发展的阶段性、中西方目录学的比较和目录学发展的致用性本质三个方面探讨了目录学在当代发展的问题。最后指出目录学技术化和知识化的趋势明显,在此背景下,当代目录学的理论体系也要重建。

How to develop the essence of ancient bibliography studies in the modern times, and how to integrate classic theories with current practices are issues to be addressed by contemporary bibliography studies. Chinese bibliography research has not formed a unique theoretical system in line with today＇s development. Under such a context, this paper compares the concepts of ＂bibliography＂ in the ancient and modern times, between East and West, and discusses the problems in bibliography studies from the perspectives of its development stages, comparative analysis of oriental and western bibliographic studies, and its practicality. It finally points out the necessity of revising the contempoary bibliography theoretic system, considering the increase of technical components of the studies.
