摘要
近区短路冲击是变压器损坏的重要原因,诊断变压器短路冲击后的受损情况并确定检修策略具有重要的意义。介绍了一起变压器近区短路故障导致绕组严重变形的事故。通过对变压器油色谱、三相运行电流、短路阻抗、直流电阻、电容量、频响曲线等数据的综合分析确定了变压器绕组发生严重变形。随后的返厂解体证实了诊断分析方法的有效性。
Nearby short-circuit impact is the main reason of transformer damage, so diagnosing the transformer's status and choosing suitable management strategy are significant. This paper introduces a transformer accident of winding severe deformation caused by nearby short-circuit impact. By analyzing the dates of oil chromatographic, 3 phases' operation currents, short impedance, DC resistance, capacitance and frequency response curves, transformer winding deformation is conformed. The succeeding transformer disassembling indicates the effectiveness of diagnosis and analysis.
