摘要
叙述了运动仿真技术在高压开关先进设计方法体系中的重要作用,介绍了UG_Motion环境下运动仿真的构建方法,特别介绍了3D碰撞和柔性仿真技术在开关运动仿真中的重要作用。最后,以4个典型案例——触头碰撞仿真、弹簧操动机构合后即分、弹簧操动机构棘轮冲击棘爪以及某断路器绝缘拉杆断裂为例,对UG_Motion运动仿真技术的可用性进行了验证,结果表明运动仿真技术可以为高压开关运动学与动力学的定量分析提供支持。
Motion simulation technology in advanced design methodology for high-voltage switchgears is very important because of its performance in quantificationally analyzing kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the switchgears. This paper introduces some methods for constructing motion simulation models in UG_Motion environment, and discusses 3D collision and flexible motion simulation models in detail. Moreover, four real illustrative examples, i.e. contacts collision simulation, open-after-close analysis of spring operating mechanism, ratchet wheel walloping detent simulation for spring operating mechanism, and cracking simulation of a insulation link, are taken for demonstrating the feasibility and availability of the motion simulation technology. Conclusion can be drawn from these examples that the motion simulation technology can be applied to quantificationally kinematic and dynamic analyses for high-voltage switchgears.
