摘要
针对倒置式电流互感器非故障状态下绝缘油中单一氢气体积分数超标的问题,从材料物性、化学反应和分子结构等角度,利用热力学和分子结构动力学方法研究了氢气的来源,认为使用金属膨胀器的倒置式电流互感器绝缘油氢气体积分数较不使用金属膨胀器的互感器偏高。同时文中还探讨了绝缘油类型对氢气产率的影响,认为环烷基绝缘油易于使氢气体积分数上升。
In this paper, the issue that the H2 content in insulation oil exceeded the normal value under non-fault condition in the invented current transformer was discussed. From the viewpoint of material properties, chemical reaction and molecular structure, the methods of thermodynamics and molecular structure dynamics were employed to research the origin of H2. It is considered that the content of Hz in the invented current transformer with metal expander is higher than that without metal expander. Furthermore, the influences of insulation oil types on H2 production rate are also discussed, and the analysis shows that the Hz content tends to increase in the naphthenic base insulation oil.
