摘要
污秽绝缘子污闪电压与绝缘子污层湿润状况有直接的关系,IEC及中国规定人工污秽试验中污层湿润时间应控制在一定的时间范围内,然而污层的饱和湿润受到绝缘子的染污程度、雾的流量、绝缘子形状以及污层湿润时间等因素的影响,对于污层饱和湿润方面没有做深入的研究。笔者以典型悬式绝缘子为例,对人工污秽试验中污层湿润过程进行了试验研究,分析了绝缘子污秽程度、蒸汽雾流量和绝缘子型式对绝缘子污层饱和湿润的影响,并指出了各影响因素与污层饱和湿润时间之间的函数关系以及污层湿润过程所需的试验条件,试验结果对人工污秽试验具有重要的指导意义。
It has direct relation between the pollution flashover voltages of insulators and the wetting condition of pollution layer of insulators. IEC and national standards specified that wetting time of pollution layer should be controlled in a certain range, however, saturation wetting of pollution layer is influenced by pollution grade, steam flow rate, various insulators and wetting time, there is no in-depth study on saturation wetting. By making research on the wetting process of pollution layer of typical suspension insulators, analyzes the relationship between satiation wetting time and pollution grade, steam flow rate, various insulators, and points out functional relation between influencing factors and saturation wetting time, and confirm test condition on the wetting process. These test results are quite important to guide the artificial pollution test.
