水质对铝合金阳极氧化封孔效果的影响

Influence of water quality on sealing effect of anodized aluminum alloy

摘要 通过染色点滴试验和变褪色试验,探讨了反渗透(RO)水、自来水以及地下水3种不同水质对铝合金阳极氧化膜封孔质量的影响。结果表明,采用封孔剂对阳极氧化膜封孔时,其封孔效果不受水质的影响,提高封孔温度可提升封孔效果。水中硫酸根离子的存在会使封孔试样的变褪色级数降低,这种影响随硫酸根离子含量增大而加剧。 Influences of 3 kinds of water including reverse osmosis (RO) water, tap water, and ground water on the quality of sealed anodic oxidation films on aluminum alloy substrates were discussed by dye spot test and discoloration test. The results showed that the sealing effect is not affected by water quality when using sealant, but improved by increasing the sealing temperature. The existence of sulfate ions in water lowers the discoloration grade of sealed anodic oxidation film, and such influence is increased with the increasing of sulfate ion content.
