摘要
以阴离子脂肪族聚酯聚氨酯乳液为主要成膜物,复配适量的苯丙乳液,并添加一定量的无机填料和有机硅剥离剂,制备了一种环保型水性可剥离涂料。研究了聚氨酯乳液与苯丙乳液的配比、无机填料的种类和用量以及有机硅剥离剂的用量对漆膜综合性能的影响。结果表明,当聚氨酯乳液与苯丙乳液的质量比为7:3,以云母粉为填料、用量为5%左右,有机硅剥离剂用量为0.8%~1.0%,漆膜厚度为0.08~0.09mm时,所制备的水性可剥离涂料漆膜具有以下性能:平均拉伸强度10.79MPa,平均断裂伸长率353.5%,耐水性和耐3%NaCl液超过24h,180。剥离强度0.43kN/m,能够有效抵抗紫外线穿透。
An environmentally friendly water-based strippable coating material was prepared based on anionic aliphatic polyester polyurethane emulsion as main film forming material with a suitable amount of styrene-acrylic emulsion, inorganic fillers, and organic silicone stripping agent. The effects of the ratio of polyurethane emulsion to styrene-acrylic emulsion, type and dosage of inorganic fillers, and amount of organic silicone stripper on the comprehensive performance of coating were studied. The results indicated that the coating with a thickness of 0.08-0.09 μm prepared using ca.5% mica powders as filler and 0.8%-1.0% organic silicone stripper at the mass ratio of polyurethane emulsion to styrene-acrylic emulsion 7:3 has the following properties: average tensile strength 10.79 MPa, average elongation at break 353.5%, resistance to water and 3% NaCl solution longer than 24 h, 180° stripping strength 0.43 kN/m, and being able to effectively resist the penetration of UV light.
