摘要
本研究旨在观察麻杏石甘汤煎煮法不同对哮喘模型小鼠气道粘蛋白MUC5AC、缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)的影响。将50只合格小鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组,哮喘模型组,麻杏石甘汤先煎组,麻杏石甘汤同煎A组,麻杏石甘汤同煎B组,每组10只。除正常对照组外其他各组均用鸡卵白蛋白(OVA)腹腔注射致敏小鼠,并以低浓度OVA雾化吸入激发制作哮喘模型。麻杏石甘汤先煎组、麻杏石甘汤同煎A组、麻杏石甘汤同煎B组从激发开始连续7 d灌胃给药,分别测定各组小鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液MUC5AC及肺组织匀浆HIF-1α浓度。结果表明,麻杏石甘汤先煎组降低小鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液MUC5AC、肺组织匀浆HIF-1α浓度优于麻杏石甘汤同煎B组和麻杏石甘汤同煎A组(P<0.01)。因此,麻杏石甘汤除去麻黄上沫的煎煮法最理想且降低支气管哮喘气道粘液高分泌和改善急性低氧环境的效果最佳。
The objective of this study is to observe the effect of different boiling method of Maxing Shigan decoction on MUC5AC and HIF-1α in the asthmatie mice model. 50 qualified mice were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 in each :normal control group, model group, Maxing Shigan decoction first boiling group, Maxing Shigan decoction same boiling group A and Maxing Shigan decoction same boiling group B. Except for the normal control group, the mice in all other groups were made into asthmatie model by ovalbumin (OVA) injected and inhalation aroused. The treatment groups were administered medicine for 7 days from stimulating. MUC5AC in bronchial lavage fluid and HIF-1α in lung tissue of all groups were then determined. The results showed that the reduction of MUC5AC and HIF-1α content in the Maxing Shigan decoction first boiling group was better than group A and B ( P 〈 0.01 ). Maxing Shigan decoction boiling method ,which can eliminate Ephedra scum at the same time, was proved to be the optimal preparation method.
