摘要 采用硅胶、RP-18、Sephadex LH-20等多种材料进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱分析进行结构鉴定,从薄皮干酪菌(Tyromyces chioneus)发酵液的乙酸乙酯提取部位分离并鉴定了13个化合物,它们分别为:角鲨烯(1)、亚油酸甲酯(2)、棕榈酸(3)、过氧麦角甾醇(4)、麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(5)、麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(6)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(7)、5α,6α-环氧麦角甾-8,22-二烯-3β,7α-二醇(8)、对羟基苯乙醇(9)、1-苯基丙烷-1,2-二醇(10)、5-苯基戊烷-2,3-二醇(11)、5-羟甲基糠醛(12)、(+)-3β-hydroxy-α-muurolene(13)。除化合物4和6外其余11个化合物均为首次从该种真菌中分离得到。 Thirteen compounds were separated and purified from the ethyl acetate extracts of the fermentation broth of Tyromyces chioneus by silica gel,RP-18, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, respectively. Their structures were identified as squalene ( 1 ) methyl linoleata ( 2 ) Palmitie acid (3) ( 22E ,24R) -5 a, 8a-epidiory-ergosta-6,22-dien-3/3- ol (4) (22E,24R) -ergosta-4 ,6 ,8 ( 14 ) ,22-tetraen-3-one ( S ) (22E,24R) -ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol (6) (22E, 24R) -ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5a,6β-triol (7) 45a, 6a-epoxyergosta-8,2-dien-3β,7a-diol ( 8 )p-hydroxyphenethly alcohol ( 9 ), 1-phenylpropane-1,2-diol ( 10 ), 5-phenylpentane-2, 3-dio ( 11 ) 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furanearboxaldehyde ( 12 ) ( + ) -3β-hydroxy-a-muurolene ( 13 ). All the eompounds were isolated from Tyromyces chioneus for the first time except 4 and 6.
