摘要 本文研究冻绿茎部的化学成分。主要采用各种柱色谱进行分离纯化冻绿茎中的化学成分,根据理化性质、光谱数据进行结构鉴定。从冻绿茎95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到8个化合物:山萘酚(1),7.羟基-5一甲氧基苯酞(2),山奈素(3),墨沙酮(4),山萘酚.3.0-a-L.鼠李糖苷(5),4’,5,7-三羟基。黄烷4.醇(6),槲皮素(7),木犀草素(8)。化合物1—8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 This paper studied the constituents from the stem of Rhamnus utilis. Isolation and purification of the constituents was carried out by repeated column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis. Eight compounds (1-8) were isolated and their structures were identified as following: kaempferol ( 1), 7-hydroxy-5-methoxyphthalide (2), kaempferide ( 3 ), maesopsin ( 4), kaempferol-3-O-a-L-Rha ( 5 ), 4', 5,7 -Trihy- droxy-llananol-4-ol(6) ,quereetin(7) ,luteolin(8). Compounds 1-8 were isolated from this species for the first time.
