摘要
研究了核桃內隔膜总生物碱的提取方法及抑菌活性,通过单因素和正交实验确定了最佳提取条件,测定了提取物对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌及枯草芽孢杆菌的体外最小抑菌浓度及抑菌直径。其结果表明,最佳提取条件如下:乙醇浓度为60%,提取时间为2 h,提取温度为50℃,料液比为1∶20,此条件下提取的生物碱对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌及金色葡萄球菌都有抑制作用,但抑菌效果不一样,抑菌作用顺序为:大肠杆菌>枯草芽孢杆菌>金色葡萄球菌。
In this study, the extraction method and antibacterial activity of the total alkaloid in walnut inside diaphragm were investigated. Single factor and orthogonal experiments were used to determine the optimal extraction conditions. The minimum inhibition concentration and inhibition diameter of the total alkaloid extract on Excherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtili were determined. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration of 60%, extraction time of 2 h, extraction temperature of 50℃, and the ratio of material-solvent of 1: 20. In addition,the total alkaloid extract showed inhibitory activities against all the three investigated bacteria in the foUowing sequence: E. coli 〉 B. subtili 〉 S. aureus.
