摘要
本文合成了侧基带有-OH的两亲嵌段共聚物P(glycidol)-b-PLA,用1HNMR、GPC等对其结构进行了表征,并用DLS、TEM等技术对该两亲嵌段共聚物在水溶液中的自组装性能进行了研究,结果表明该聚合物在水溶液中能自组装成直径为100nm左右的球状胶束。
Amphiphilic block copolymer P( glycidol)-b-PLA was synthesized in this paper. The composition and structure of these copelymers were characterized by HNMR and GPC. The self-assembly behavior of P(glycidol)-b-PLA was investigated by DLS and TEM. The results shown that the copolymer formed spherical micellar aggregates with aboutlOOnm in average size.
