摘要
建立了直接进样液相色谱.质谱法测定水中联苯胺的方法。在优化条件后,方法展示了优异的性能:(a)在0.5—10.0μg·L^-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R为0.9999;(b)与其他方法相比,有较低的检出限,仅为0.09μg·L^-1;(c)精密度和准确度较好,相对标准偏差RSD〈5%,空白水样加标回收率在95.8~124%。不同类型的水样和其加标回收率均获得了满意的结果,本方法得以实际应用验证。
An analytical method with liquid chromatography-mass spectrum was developed for the direct determination of benzidine in water. Under optimized eonditions,the method exhibit excellent analytical performance with:(a) good linear relationship ranged from0. 5 to 10. 0μg·L^-1 ,with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9999; (b)lower detection limit comparing to other method, MDL was only 0. 09μg·L^-1;and(c) nice precision and accuracy with RSD〈5% and recovery of blank spike sample ranged from 95.8 to 124% . The applications of the proposed method were validated by analyzing multi-matrix water samples and their spike samples with satisfactory results.
