摘要
以冰乙酸、异戊醇为原料,以活性炭负载磷钨酸做为催化剂,催化合成乙酸异戊酯,并对影响合成乙酸异戊酯的一系列因素进行了探究。结果表明:合成乙酸异戊酯的最佳条件:醇酸摩尔比1.3:1,催化剂用量为乙酸的5%,反应时间150min,带水剂用量7.5mL,在此条件下,乙酸异戊酯的酯化率可达80%以上。负载型磷钨酸绿色环保且易于制备回收,可以重复使用当其重复使用5次后,催化活性才稍有下降。
Isoamyl acetate is synthesized from Acetic acid and Amyl alcohol with Supported Phosphotungstic Acid as catalyst. The effect of reaction factors on the yield of the product was discussed. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows:ratio of Amyl alcohol to acetic acid is 1.3:1, the weight of catalyst is 5% of acetic acid, reaction time is 150min, and water caning reagent cyclohex- ane is 7. 5mL The yield of Isoamyl acetate could reach about 80% under the optimum conditions. The result showed that the Supported Phosphotungstic Acid had good catalytic activity and stability. The catalyst can be used repeatedly at least for 5 times, which is friendly with the environment.
