摘要
液压支架试验台调试过程中,由于位移传感器和接近开关的局限性,很多情况下需要用手动操作。针对手动操作所依赖的摄像头图像,文章提出了一种通过图像数字化同时引入视频识别判断程序,对摄像头图像进行分析,进而做出智能判断的技术。该技术运用后,能降低试验台测控系统的成本,如与位移传感器配合使用,可以提高支架试验台测控系统的稳定性。
During the debugging process of the hydraulic powered support test platform, due to the limitation of the displacement sensor and the approach switch, manual operations would be required under the many conditions. According to the manual operations relied on the images from the camera, with the image digitalization and with the video identification and judgment program, the images from the camera could be analyzed and an intelligent judgment technology could be provided. After the application, the cost of the measuring and control system applied to the test platform could be reduced. Once the displacement sensor could be applied, the stability of the measuring and control system applied to the test platform could be improved.
