“棱镜事件”与美国网络霸权地位的动摇 被引量：1

摘要 "棱镜事件"暴露出美国倡导"自由"、"民主"价值理念的"两面性",揭示了美国所谓"新闻自由"的真面目,动摇了美国网络霸权地位,撼动了美国世界领导权的合法性基础。"棱镜"监控绝不仅仅是"信息自由"和网络安全问题,而是涉及美国霸权衰落、国际政治伦理嬗变和国际关系格局调整的重大政治问题,其中折射的"霸权逻辑"终结和意识形态较量值得我们认真关注和清醒认识。
