摘要
本文分析了12CrMov钢焊接、热处理的组织变化。12CrlMov钢在各热加工工序中易于获得粒状贝氏体,而且,加热温度.加热速度以及原始组织对粒状贝氏体的的组织形态有很大影响。以粒状贝氏体为原始组织进行的慢速加热会造成组织遗传。
In this paper, welding and heat-treating structure trasformation of 12CrlMoV steel is analysed. Granular bainite is easy to form in various hot-working proesses. And the structural form of granular bainite is greatly influenced by heating temperature, heating rate and the original structures of the steel.The structural heredity is produced by slowly-heating of original granular bainite structure.
