摘要
我国博士生培养规模的持续扩张导致就业门槛不断提高,伴随着"985工程"和"211工程"的实施,部分用人单位在学历背景方面提出歧视性要求,从而影响了教育结果公平和劳动力的合理流动。学历背景歧视现象是雇主、求职者和政府等主要参与者之间相互博弈的结果,雇主与不受歧视者在博弈中容易结成歧视偏好同盟,而政府作为制度因素的主导者在博弈中也具有举足轻重的作用。
The scale of doctoral admission in China has been expanding continuously, causing the rise of hiring standards; and with the implementation of higher education construction projects such as Project 985 and Project 211, some employers adopt discriminatory hiring practices in terms of educational background, dismissing the fairness of education results and the mobility of labor. The discrimination by doctoral students' educational background is a result of mutual game between employers, job seekers, and governments. In this game, employers and the advantaged group form alliances against the discriminated, and the government, in control of institutional factors, plays a dominant role.
