摘要
针对松树南沟金矿微细粒浸染含铜低品位金矿石,通过工艺流程改造,将原矿破碎后堆存自然氧化再进行全泥氰化—炭浆法提金,氰化尾水经提铜后返回氰化作业实现尾矿干排,金回收率达86.71%,铜回收率达90%。这对干旱缺水地区矿产资源的综合利用以及环境保护起到了示范作用。
In view of the low grade copper-containing mircrofine disseminated gold ores in Songshunangou gold deposit,a renovated process was applied by stockpiling crushed crude ores for them to naturally oxidize prior to all-sli- ming cyanidation-CIP gold extraction process. Cyanidation tailing water after extraction of copper returns to the opera- tion to achieve dry discharge of tailings. With this,the gold recovery rate reached 86.71% and copper recovery rate reached 90 %. The process has played an exemplary role for the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources and en- vironmental protection in water deficient lands.
