摘要 介绍了一种新的电积工艺,其特点是利用常规的电积槽,采用多槽串联连续给料的运行方式,同时每个槽独立循环电积。新工艺大幅度提高了电积效率,同时将以往的间歇生产变成了稳定的连续生产,扩大了电化学反应器的工业应用范围。以从含金废液中回收金的工业生产为例,采用两槽串联连续给料槽内循环电积新工艺代替原来单独使用两台电积槽的间歇生产工艺,取得了工艺指标稳定,生产能力提高60%,操作简便,劳动强度低,金回收率提高等良好的应用效果。 The new electrowinning process adopts regular winning cells and the way of continuous feeding with se- ries connected cells,and at the same time establishes a circular electrowinning system in each independent cell. The new process greatly improves electrowinning efficiency, in the meantime transforms previous discontinuous production to continuous one,thus extends the industrial application domain of electrochemistry reactor. In the case of gold recov- ery from gold-bearing effluent, the new inner-cell circulation process of continuous feeding with two cell series connect- ed replaces the previous discontinuous production process with two cells independently used. After the replacement, good technical indexes are achieved,production capability are at least 60 % better,the process is easy to operate and requires lower labor intensity while gold recovery is increased.
