摘要
As novelty check plays an important role in scientific and technical management,the quality of novelty check itself is being paid more and more attention to.Based on a brief analysis of the factors that affect novelty check quality,the paper introduces the practice of Tsinghua Novelty Check Station in improving the novelty check quality,including working flow,retrieval methods,utilization of Internet resources,the quality of novelty checker,cooperation with clients,etc.
