动力电池组的二级式均衡控制策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了克服电动汽车电池组单体电池的不一致性对电池组整体性能和使用寿命的影响,进行了电池组均衡充电控制策略研究。分析了基于反激变换器的均衡方式和基于Boost-Buck斩波电路的均衡方式,结合两种均衡方式的优点以及锂离子电池恒压/恒流的充电方式,提出了一种二级式均衡控制策略。实验结果表明,该二级式均衡控制策略比反激变换式和斩波电路式在均衡速度和均衡效果上都有显著提高。 Abstract: The inconsistency of electric vehicle battery pack is regarded as one of the main factors that affect the overall performance of battery pack, as well as its lifespan. In order to overcome the inconsistency of battery pack, the equilibrium control strategy of batteries was researched. The balanced ways based on flyback converter and Boost-Buck Chopper were analyzed. In order to achieve a better balance effect, the advantages of each methods and the traditional charging way of constant voltage/current for lithium battery were combined, and then a 2-level balance strategy was proposed. The experimental results indicate that the 2-level balance strategy is superior to the first two balance methods in both balance speed and balance performance.
