摘要
针对传统超声波电源结构复杂、主要集中在大功率方面的问题,设计了一种基于频率合成技术的新型微功率超声波电源,方案包括信号源的产生、滤波和功率放大等方面。设计的电源具有极高频率精度、较宽的频率调节范围和电路简单等特点。以单片机作为主控芯片,可根据需求调整输出频率。实验结果表明该系统达到了设计要求并填补了国内生物用超声波电源的空白。
In view of the complicated traditional ultrasonic power structure, the large power problems were concentrated based on the design of a frequency synthesis technology of novel micro ultrasonic power supply, including the signal source, power amplification, filtering and so on. The designed power source has simple circuit with high frequency precision and wide frequency range. Taking microcontroUer as the main control chip, the output frequency can be adjusted according to the requirements. The experiment results show that the system has reached the design requirement and filled the domestic blank biological ultrasonic power supply.
