摘要 智能电网作为当今世界电力变革的最新发展方向,已经成为国际电力工业界积极应对能源危机的主要方式之一,也是进一步提高电网的安全可靠性和能源利用效率的重要手段。介绍了智能电网的概念及特征,分析了智能电网的技术要点,将人工智能研究中有效解决分布式问题的多Agent技术引入到调度系统中,详细介绍了Agent的结构形式、多Agent系统的组织形式、通信和协作的实现方式,并在此基础上构建了基于Agent技术的智能调度决策系统。 Smart grid, as the latest developments in the direction of today's world power change, already becomes one of the main ways of actively responding to the energy crisis of the international power industry. It is an important means to improve grid security, reliability and energy utilization efficiency.The concept of smart grid and characteristics were introduced, and the smart grid's technical points were analyzed. The multi-agent technology was introduced into the scheduling system for solving the artificial intelligence research effectively. The Agent's structure, multi-Agent systems' organization form, and realization of communication and collaboration was introduced. And on this basis, the intelligent scheduling decisions were built based on Agent technology systems.
