游离脂肪酸下调载脂蛋白M的表达及其机制 被引量：1

摘要 游离脂肪酸（FFA）是构成人体的重要成分,参与血脂代谢.研究表明,FFA水平升高可导致外周胰岛素抵抗,而胰岛素抵抗的个体载脂蛋白M（ApoM）水平下降[1].本研究旨在观察FFA水平升高是否会直接下调ApoM并探讨其机制.一、材料和方法大鼠血浆FFA浓度检测、肝脏组织中mRNA的提取、逆转录、实时定量聚合酶链反应和PCR芯片（Qiagen公司）反应严格参照试剂盒说明书操作.大鼠ApoM和内参照基因β-肌动蛋白的引物和探针由上海生工生物工程有限公司合成.统计学分析参照文献[2].
