摘要
目的 探究微创钻孔引流术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效.方法 选取167例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料,按治疗方法分为两组,对照组采用常规开颅术进行治疗,观察组采用微创钻孔引流术进行治疗.比较两组患者的手术时间、手术失血量、血肿清除率及术后Glasgow预后评分及临床疗效.结果 两组患者的手术时间、手术失血量、血肿清除率及术后Glasgow预后评分组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 微创钻孔引流术安全性高,效果显著,值得临床推广.
Objective To investigate the curative effect of minimally invasive drilling drainage on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 167 patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage were selected,according to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups,patients in control group were given conventional open-brain surgery treatment,and the patients in observation group were treated by minimally invasive drilling drainage.The surgical time,surgical blood loss,hematoma clearance rate and postoperative Glasgow outcome score (GOS) and the clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in surgical time,surgical blood loss,postoperative hematoma clearance and Glasgow outcome score (GOS) between the two groups (P < 0.05) ; the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,there was significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive drilling drainage has high safety and good effect,so it is worthy to be popularized in clinics.
