摘要
20世纪70年代初以来,日本在由工业社会向信息社会转变、教育领域出现荒废现象或病理问题的形势下,大力推进"第三次教育改革",在此进程中,提出了构建新型教育体系的构想。20世纪七八十年代提出的是建立终身学习体系,90年代提出的是建立个性化教育体系,21世纪初提出的是建立日本独特的教育体系。日本是通过"横向"合作和"纵向"衔接两条路径来构建新型教育体系的。
Since the 1970s,under the transition from an industrial society to an information-based society and the emergence of deserted phenomenon or pathological problems in the field of education,Japan has vigorously promoted the "Third Educational Reform". During the reform process, the concept of establishing new educational system has been put forward. In the 1970s and 1980s,Japan proposed to establish the lifelong learning system,and in the 1990s,Japan proposed to establish a personalized education system,and at the beginning of the 21st century,Japan proposed to create a unique educational system. Japan has established a new education system through the two paths of "horizontal" cooperation and "vertical" convergence.
