摘要
网络化和数字化时代的大学图书馆需要适应用户需求和网络环境的变化,需要直接参与用户知识运用和知识创造过程,创造用户增值价值。根据大学图书馆知识咨询服务的相关理论,构建知识专家系统咨询模式、项目流程团队咨询模式、流程映射知识管理咨询模式等三种知识咨询模式,并从知识专家选择、建立知识专家地图、组建专业化项目服务流程团队和推动知识创造的角度,阐述知识咨询服务实施方案,提升大学图书馆的智力内涵和知识服务能力。
In network and digital era, the university libraries should adapt to the changes of both the user demand and the network environment, and take part in the process of knowledge utilization and knowledge innovation directly to create user added value. According to the relevant theory of knowledge consultation service of the university library, we construct the knowledge expert system consultation model, the project process team consultation model and process mapping knowledge management consultation model, and discuss knowledge consultation service plan from expert choice, the establishment of knowledge expert map, the establishment of professional service team of process and promotion of the knowledge innovation, so as to improve intellectual connotation and knowledge service capacity of university library.
