摘要
主动外排系统在铜绿假单胞菌耐药形成过程中起到重要作用,近年来对其的研究也愈来愈多。截止到目前为止,在铜绿假单胞菌中总共发现了13种外排泵,其中12种属于耐药节结细胞分化(resistance nodulation cell division,RND)家族的外排泵,另外1种属于多药和毒物化合物外排家族(multidrug and toxic compound extrusion family,MATE)。本文就铜绿假单胞菌13种外排泵的底物谱、调控机制以及相关的基础研究进展进行综述。
Active effiux systems play an important role in the drug-resistant formation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, more and more studies have been finished. To date, 13 kinds of efflux pumps in Pseudomonas aeruginosa have been found. 12 of them belong to resistance nodulation cell division (RND) family and the another one belongs to multidrug and toxic compound extrusion (MATE) family. This article reviewed the substrates, the mechanism of regulation and the progress basis research of the 13 kinds of efflux pumps in Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
