摘要
目的以头孢他啶为例,研究表面活性剂对土壤中抗生素的解吸作用。方法用HPLC检测方法,以解吸率为指标,考察表面活性剂的类型、浓度以及土壤的酸碱度对土壤中残留头孢他啶的解吸作用。结果带负电荷SDS浓度为6cmc时,解吸时间为2h,效果较好,SDS对不同酸碱度的土壤中的头孢他啶都有很好的解吸作用。结论表面活性剂对土壤中残留头孢他啶有很好的解吸作用,将其用于土壤中残留抗生素的解吸是一种既有效又简单的方法,起到保护生态环境的作用。
Objective As ceftazidime for example, the effect of surfactants on desorption of antibiotica in soil was studied. Methods Based on desorption rate of ceftazidime, the desorption conditions including the type, concentration of surfactant and pH value of soil were investigated by HPLC. Results SDS with negative charge has excellent desorption rate when the concentration is 6cmc and desorption time is 2h. For the soil with different pH, SDS also had well desorption to ceftazidime. Conclusion The method about desorption of ceftazidime in soil used surfactant was effective and simple, which could be used as desorption of antibiotica in soil and played a role in protecting the ecological environment.
