摘要
目的利用信息化手段打造抗菌药物分级管理体系,加强抗菌药物合理利用和规范化管理。方法在现有医院信息系统(HIS)平台上,共享抗菌药物医嘱、细菌培养与药敏试验结果,将抗菌药物分级管理与监控软件嵌入HIS平台并集成到医师工作站,实时监控抗菌药物使用、病原体构成分布、细菌耐药趋势,指导临床合理应用抗菌药物。结果 HIS平台对抗菌药物用量、抗菌谱、细菌耐药性、用药模式、疗程、用药途径、治疗效果等指标实现自动监控,减少了抗菌药物的滥用。结论依托信息平台的抗菌药物逐级管理体系,有效规范抗菌药物的临床应用,提高了药事工作效率与管理控制效果。
OBJECTIVE To utilize the antibiotic classification management system based on the information platform to strengthen the reasonable use of antibiotics and the standardized management. METHODS Based on the platform of the existing hospital information system (HIS), the information of doctor's advice for antimicrobial agents, result of bacterial culture, and result of drug susceptibility testing were shared. Antimierobial agent classification management and monitoring software was embedded in the HIS platform and integrated into the physician workstation for real-time monitoring of use of antimicrobial agents, distribution of pathogens, and trend of bacterial resistance so as to guide the reasonable clinical use of antibiotics. RESULTS The HIS has achieved the automatic monitoring of the dosage of antimicrobial agents, antimicrobial spectrum, bacterial resistance, medication mode, treatment course, administration route, and therapeutic effect so as to reduce the abuse of antibacterial agents. CONCLUSION The effective and standardized clinical use of antibiotics relying on the information platform of anti-biotics stepwise management system may improve the efficiency of pharmaceutical administration and the control effect.
