我国大学生民事权益维护中的法律援助

我国大学生获得法律援助的途径包括大学生之间的法律援助和寻求法律援助机构援助。大学生可通过免交、减交诉讼费,免收、减收律师代理费、公证费、基层法律服务费与委托代理人维权等方式得到法律援助。我们应强化法律援助主体在大学生民事维权中的职责,通过明确大学生民事权益的范围、健全大学生法律援助制度、建立大学生法律援助基金、监督援助人员的办案质量和充分调动一切社会力量共同推进大学生法律援助事业的健康发展等五个方面来解决大学生民事维权中存在的问题。

The college students could obtain the legal aid from their schoolmates and the pro- fessional institutions through waiver or diminution of lawsuit expense, agent fee, notarial fee and the fee of legal service from the grass - roots level. It is necessary to intensify the duty of the sub- jects of legal aid in the process of rights safeguard. In order to solve the current problems, there are several measures, including definiting the scope of the civil rights of the college students, perfecting the legal aid mechanism, establishing the legal aid fund, supervising the quality of handing cases and stimulating the social forces to accelerate the legal aid causes.
