黑龙江省交通领域碳排放对策研究

Study on the countermeasure of carbon emissions of transportation industry in Heilongjiang Province

核算了2005~2010年黑龙江省交通领域碳排放量变化情况，核算结果表明黑龙江省交通领域碳排放量发展趋势为波动性变化，但近年有大幅提高的趋势，石油资源的消耗占主要部分，公路部门为主要贡献者。针对黑龙江省交通运输领域碳排放现状，提出了相应的对策建议。

The changing trend of carbon emissions of transporta-tion industry in Heilongjiang Province were analysed from 2005 to 2010. The results showed that the carbon emissions of transporta-tion industry in Heilongjiang Province always fluctuated, but they appeared obvious upward trend in recent years. The diesel consumption represented the major portion of the carbon emis-sions, and the largest contribution rate attributed to the highway. Finally, according to the changing trend, this paper proposes some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
