天津市藏族中学师生肺结核防治知识态度行为状况 被引量:2

Knowledge,attitude and practice on tuberculosis among students and teachers in a Tibetan high school in Tianjin

摘要 目的了解天津市藏族中学师生肺结核防治知识、态度和相应行为状况,为针对性地开展肺结核预防控制工作提供依据。方法采用自填式问卷,对天津市藏族中学所有在校师生(95名教师和819名学生)进行问卷调查。结果学生和教师对肺结核防治知识的总体知晓率分别为50.1%和53.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男、女生知晓率分别为52.3%和48.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);西藏班和当地班学生知晓率分别为51.9%和46.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但不同年级学生之间的知晓率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多数学生和教师对结核有正确的态度和行为,但西藏班学生得病后更容易产生消极心理。师生肺结核防治知识的主要获得途径是学校(66.9%,62.0%)、电视(42.2%,55.4%)。结论天津市藏族中学师生肺结核防治知识、态度和行为仍需通过健康教育方式提高,对西藏班学生需给予更多的关注。 Objective To understand the awareness,attitude and practice on tuberculosis( TB) among Tibetan high school teachers and students in Tianjin,providing specific fundamental basis for TB prevention and control. Methods All the 819students and 95 teachers in the Tibetan high school were surveyed by self-administered questionnaire. Results The overall awareness of TB was 50. 1% among students and 53. 9% among teachers,with no statistical difference( P0. 05). The awareness among boys( 52. 3%) was higher than that of girls( 48. 2%)( P0. 01). The awareness among Tibetan students( 51. 9%) was significantly higher than that of local students( 46. 7%). There was no statistical difference in different grades. Tibetan students were more likely to be pessimistic when infected TB. School( 66. 9% and 62. 0% for teachers and students),television( 42. 2% and55. 4% for teachers and students) was the main access to TB information among students and teachers in Tibetan school. Conclusions The awareness of TB,attitude and practice to TB among students and teachers in Tibetan high school still need to be improved through health education and more attention should be paid to the Tibetan students.
