大学生欺负行为现状及其与移情的关系 被引量:3

Bullying in college and the relationship between bullying and empathy

摘要 目的探讨大学生欺负行为与移情的关系,为有效干预欺负行为提供参考。方法整群随机抽取湖北省武汉市7所高校大学生936名,采用欺负问卷和移情问卷进行调查。结果 25.3%的大学生卷入欺负他人和被他人欺负行为;移情对欺负行为、被他人欺负行为预测作用不显著,但移情对欺负他人/被他人欺负行为负向预测显著(P<0.05);移情对保护行为正向预测显著(P<0.01),移情能力高的大学生保护受欺负者的行为更多。结论大学生存在较严重的欺负现象,且移情与大学生欺负他人/被他人欺负行为及保护行为有密切关系。在欺负行为干预中,通过提高大学生的移情能力能够增加他们帮助受欺负者的行为,有效减少欺负行为的发生。 Objective To explore bullying in college and the relationship between bullying and empathy,and to provide reference for the effective bullying interventions. Methods A total of 936 college students were assessed with Bully / victim questionnaire,and the Empathic Scale. Results About 25. 3% of the investigated college students were getting involved bullying problems; Empathy did not predict bullying and victimization significantly,but empathy predicted bullying / victimization positively( P0. 05); empathy predicted actively helping victimized schoolmates positively( P 0. 01). Conclusion There are serious bullying phenomenon among college students,and close correlation between empathy and bullying / victimization. Improving empathy of college students could increase the behaviors of helping victims.
