摘要
目的分析杭州市学生呼吸道症状监测及流感监测之间的关系,为学校呼吸道暴发疫情的早期预警提供参考依据。方法应用描述流行病学方法,对杭州市13所中小学校及幼儿园学生的呼吸道症状监测数据进行时间分布描述,并采用相关分析及轮廓分析的方法分析学生呼吸道症状监测与流感监测之间的关系。结果症状监测系统监测到学生因病缺勤及发热等症状共14 870人次;因呼吸道症状缺课病例与门诊就诊流感样病例之间呈正相关(r s=0.81,P<0.01);所监测的中小学生流感样病例时间趋势与全人群的趋势大致相同(P=0.829)。结论学生呼吸道症状监测系统对学校人群的流感预测,比全人群的流感监测系统更有优势。
Objective To determine correlation of school-based respiratory symptoms surveillance and influenza surveillance in Hangzhou,and to present advanced warning of respiratory illness outbreaks. Methods Surveillance information on respiratory symptoms and influenza were collected in 13 kindergartens,primary and secondary schools. Data were analyzed by using correlative analysis and profiling analysis. Results There were 14 870 cases were monitored by the system. The cases monitored by school-based surveillance were positively related to influenza-like cases( r = 0. 81,P0. 01). The time trend of students' influenza was almost same with that of the total population( P = 0. 829). Conclusion Respiratory symptoms monitoring plays an active role in influenza surveillance among students.
