造纸法再造烟叶表面涂布碳酸钙工艺 被引量:20

摘要 为了提高再造烟叶品质,使用含碳酸钙的涂布液涂布再造烟叶基片,形成表面涂布碳酸钙的再造烟叶。采用能谱仪和扫描电镜表征再造烟叶表面钙元素相对含量和微观结构,并检测再造烟叶物理性质、主流烟气指标和感官品质。结果表明,当涂布液中碳酸钙的添加量为10%时,所对应HS-4再造烟叶样品的总钙含量和表面钙相对含量接近摩迪再造烟叶,高于TS再造烟叶;HS-4再造烟叶样品表面微观结构也与摩迪再造烟叶相似。与TS再造烟叶相比,HS-4再造烟叶的焦油和一氧化碳量分别下降9.1%和17.5%,两者感官评吸结果差异较小。 In order to improve quality, reconstituted tobacco was coated with a solution containing CaCO3 on its basic sheet. The relative surface calcium element content and surface micro-structure of the reconstituted tobacco were characterized with EDS and SEM and its physical properties, mainstream smoke index and sensory quality were determined and analyzed. The results indicated that the total calcium content and relative surface calcium content in reconstituted tobacco HS-4 coated with a solution containing CaCO3 of 10% were close to those in Mauduit reconstituted tobacco and higher than those in TS reconstituted tobacco; the surface micro-structure of HS-4 was similar to that of Mauduit sample. Comparing with TS, the deliveries of tar and CO in mainstream smoke of HS-4 reduced by 9.1% and 17.5%, respectively; while their sensory quality differed slightly.
