摘要
传统直板式精梳机"单工位"集中工作方式决定了梳理速度难以进一步大幅提高。本文引入装配流水线的"多工位"并行工作方式理念,提出了一种全新的并行梳理概念,基于此工作原理,设计了单元式多伺服电动机驱动精梳样机。该精梳机的给棉罗拉、顶梳、输出罗拉部件布置在锡林圆周不同部位,取消了传统精梳机复杂的往复、倒顺和停歇运动机构。利用几组随锡林回转的钳板依次夹持纤维须丛,须丛的头尾端梳理、分离和接合成网工艺动作针对不同纤维须丛并行进行。消除了传统精梳机所有工艺动作集中在狭小的区域针对同一簇纤维进行带来的空间位置和时间配合的苛刻要求。有望突破传统精梳机的速度瓶颈,实现高钳次下的柔顺梳理。
The traditional plate type comber "single" centralized mode hinders the further significant increase of the carding speed. This paper introduced the assembly line "station" parallel working mode concept, presented a new parallel combing concept, and designed a unit type servo motor drive prototype comber based on the principle. The cotton feed roller, the top comb and the output roller member are disposed in the cylinder circumference of different parts, eliminating the traditional comber's complex reciprocating and inverting and intermittent motion mechanism. Several groups of nipper rotating with the cylinder clamped the fiber bundles in turn, carried out such actions as combing from the head to the end of fiber bundles, seperation and web forming and performed parallel combing in accordance with different types of fiber bundle, thus eliminating the the stringent requirements of the traditional comber such as all process actions being confined in a narrow area, aiming at the same fiber bundle, and precisely co- ordinating the space location and time. It is expected to make a breakthrough in the traditional comber speed, and realize compliant combing at high nipper speed.
